Our
Story
Since its founding in 1953 as Khandelwal Traders, the company has grown from a trusted rice brokerage into a global leader in the rice industry. It expanded into production with Shri Balaji Rice Mill in 1993 and doubled capacity with Shreenath Rice Industries in 1999. In 2014, it entered international markets with Shri Balaji Global, connecting premium rice to global consumers. Diversifying further, Liger Shipping was launched in 2023 to streamline logistics. Today, under the leadership of Ankit and Yash Khandelwal, the company upholds a legacy of quality, trust, and innovation built over 71 years
